exchanger designed to extract additional heat from the spent products of
combustion, resulting in more heat in your home and less up the chimney.

Maintenance
Before you have a heating problem, call Cordell Mechanical Inc. and allow
our licensed and trained service technicians to perform a regular maintenance and
multi-point inspection of your natural gas or propane furnace.
Maintenance package includes:
- cleaning and adjustment of burners
- cleaning and servicing of blower and compartment
- cleaning and camera inspection of heat exchanger
- replacement of conventional filter
- multi-point inspection of your venting, gas supply piping and equipment
- combustion analysis as required
- leak testing of gas supply line
- inspection and adjustment of pilot or ignition system
